• I have thyroid swelling in the neck… still my endocrinologist says that I don’t any treatment?

Yes, Mild increase in the size of the thyroid gland can happen due to various reasons, including natural events like puberty and pregnancy. Yes. It is possible that your thyroid gland has normal size, yet it may not be producing hormones properly. If it produces less hormones it is called hypothyroidism, if more hormones are produced then the condition is called hyperthyroidism.
